Management Team
OSAGIE AYODELE PAUL

He is the Chief Executive Officer of Milvera Capital Limited. He has over ten years experience in manufacturing, investment banking and capital market operations and has held various management positions in product and project management, credit and risk management, funds and asset management, stock broking, capital issues and financial advisory. He has varied experience in Treasury and Investment management and prior to his current appointment he was the General Manager/Chief Executive of Oceanic Stockbrokers, a subsidiary of Oceanic Bank Plc. He holds a Bachelors’ degree in Mathematics and also an MBA from the University of Lagos.

TEMITAYO AKINDELE

He is the Chief Operating Officer of Milvera Capital Limited. During the course of his career spanning over a decade, he has been involved in core investment Banking and Asset management activities.
He was part of the team that pioneered the setting up of the Investment banking Division of the then Global Bank Plc now Intercontinental Bank Plc and also one of the pioneer staff in the setting up of the Oceanic Asset management division and the design and set up of the Oceanic vintage Funds.
He also is one of the pioneers that handled the privatization of Government establishments like Nicon Hotels Abuja and Volkswagen of Nigeria.
Temitayo Akindele is an avid capital market player and portfolio manager, having managed portfolios in excess of ten billion naira. He has facilitated several capital market seminars both locally and internationally. He holds a B.Sc Economics degree from the University of Lagos and also an MBA in Management. He is also an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management (chartered).
 

OLAYINKA BAMIDELE
He is the Head of Accounts/Administration.
He has varied experience spanning over 6 years in manufacturing, consultancy and financial institution. He holds a B.Sc. degree in accounting from the University of Ado Ekiti and is a student member of ACCA and Chartered Institutes of Stock Brokers of Nigeria.
He has been instrumental in the transformation and setting up of new companies account and human resources department.
